Emedica - terms and conditions / company details Terms and conditions - courses ourses can be booked online or by telephone. Bookings made by telephone will incur a £5 admin charge. Your booking is only confirmed once payment has been made. Once a course is fully booked, we operate a waiting list on a first come, first served basis. Once you have made payment, you will be able to print off a receipt, and will be emailed a payment confirmation immediately. You will then receive an eticket and confirmation of your booking within 72 hours / 3 working days. Refund and Cancellation policy: If you find you are unable to attend a course after you have made a booking, you can cancel by writing to us or emailing us at info@emedica.co.uk You will be entitled to a refund according to the following policy:
If you wish to swap your course date, you need to notify us by email at least 22 days before the date of the course you have booked. All swaps are subject to availability. Any requests for swaps 21 days or less before a course are considered cancellations, with conditions as stated above. Cancellation by Emedica In the unlikely event that Emedica has to cancel a course (due to dire emergencies), we will inform you as soon as possible. You will be entitled to a FULL refund AND we will book you onto another course free of charge. Emedica will not reimburse any travel or associated fees. Please note that Emedica has never cancelled a course to date.Terms and conditions - online revision service: Payment for the online revision service can be made online or by post. If payment is made online, then you will have instant access to the online material, for a period of 1 calendar month from the date of your payment. If you make payment by post, we will activate your account and email you details once payment is received. For further access after 1 month, you will need to pay an additional fee (£15 for each further month - this is a 50% discount). If you do not require access after 1 month, you do not need to do anything - your account will automatically be deactivated. Any discount codes MUST be entered at the time od registering. No discounts can be applied retrospectively. Refund and Cancellation Policy - online revision service. Once you login to the members part of the site for the first time, you are deemed to have used the product, and no refunds will be made unless there is a problem with the Emedica site that cannot be repaired within 5 days. You are responsible for ensuring that your computer has a compatible internet browser (e.g. Mozilla Firefox or Internet Explorer) and an active internet connection. The site and server are monitored 24 hours a day, and we regularly test access on our test computers. If you have any difficulty with the service, please read through the HELP section for advice, or contact us by email with full details of the problem. Our technical support team will be happy to help. Currency of transactions accepted: Only payments made in Pounds Sterling (GBP) are accepted. You may also be able to pay online using a Euro debit or credit card, but please be aware that you may have to pay additional currency conversion fees to your card issuer. Payments made in other currencies are not accepted. Export / Country restrictions: The online revision service can be accessed from any country in the world, as long as you have an active internet connection. There are no restrictions on access.
